We currently ship within the United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. All ground orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS. Orders with priority shipping will be processed on the same day if received by 1pm CST (excludes weekends and holidays).
We do ship to addresses other than the billing address and a gift note may be included. Use the comment box on the cart checkout page to let us know what you would like written on the card.
FREE SHIPPING OFFER! We are pleased to offer free STANDARD shipping for orders over $45.00 within the continental US. This does not apply to purchases of original artwork, which are shipped directly from the artist. Shipping charges for original artwork are included in the purchase price. Orders under $45.00 will ship for a flat rate of $4.95.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by weight and current shipping rates are:
0 - 2 pounds $12.00 flat rate
2 - 4 pounds $15.00 flat rate
Orders to Canada are shipped with a flat rate of $25.00
We also offer USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. These rates are based on weight and destination and will be calculated for your order by entering your zip code in our shipping estimator in the shopping cart. The cut-off time for same-day expedited shipping is 2pm CST Monday-Friday.
You will receive an email the day your order is shipped which will include tracking information. Once your package has been delivered to our shipper, we do not take responsibility for the delivery of the shipment to you. Residential deliveries that do not require a signature may be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather at the driver's discretion. This could include the front door, side porch, back porch and garage area.
We are required to collect sales tax in Illinois, which is where we are located. If you are shipping to an address in Illinois, taxes will be calculated at 7.0% of the merchandise total. We do not collect tax on gift certificates.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT / RETURNS
Uplifting Goods makes every effort to provide packaging in its boxes that ensure your items will arrive in perfect condition. In the event that an item is damaged in transit, simply contact us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- A photo of the damaged item.
We will contact you as soon as possible to rectify the situation.
Returns are rare for us but in the event that you are not satisfied with an item you received, simply contact us at info@UpliftingGoods.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the item
- Your reason for requesting a return.
We will contact you as soon as possible with a return authorization number (RA#) and return address. Please include a copy of the original invoice and return the item with an insured courier and retain a receipt. We are not responsible for returned items damaged or lost in transit. Items returned without a proper RA# will be returned back to the customer.
There are no returns accepted for Good Medicine Balls, gift certificates, and sale items. All purchases of original artwork must be returned directly to the artist and the artist is responsible for providing directions regarding your return. Please contact them directly if a return is necessary.
All return requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Refunds are usually issued within 3-5 days after receiving the item.
